- One roof, four disciplines. Few student-led organisations in India bring electoral research, public policy, international relations and journalism together. Partners get one integrated research partner instead of several fragmented ones.
- We produce; we don't only debate. Our members write briefs, profile constituencies, analyse legislation and track geopolitical developments. Every output is tied to real data, an active bill or a live event.
- Our work is reviewed before it is published. Every output passes an independent Editorial Board against five checks: neutrality, a proposed solution, cited data, AI-originality verification and contributor credits. Nothing reaches the public without clearing that gate.
- Credible across the political spectrum. Our neutrality is a documented operating rule, not a slogan. That makes our analysis usable by institutions that cannot be seen to take sides.
- Research, design and distribution in-house. Our design, video and publishing teams turn dense research into accessible formats and distribute it through our own newsletter and social channels.

How We Work
- Each of our four verticals is led by a Vertical Head and a Vertical Coordinator.
- Every output moves along a single documented path: from the vertical, to Editorial Board review, to design, to publication.
- Departments for editorial review, design, video, publishing, outreach, and training and internships serve the whole organisation rather than any single vertical.
- College chapters run structured research wings, supervised by Callisto members.
- The organisation is governed by written Standard Operating Procedures covering governance, editorial review and publication, and output custody and confidentiality.
How a Partnership Begins
- Conversation. An introductory call to understand your priorities.
- Scoping note. A short note setting out the proposed collaboration.
- Formal agreement. A letter of collaboration or MoU defining roles and deliverables.
- Pilot project. A first piece of joint work to begin the partnership.
